and IDE for my console application

hi all!. im new here and im trying to write an IDE for my console application with RadASM and MASM. I want to know if anyone have a little example to start with my work because i have no idea how to start. The job it's really simple, i have a console application and i want to code a program that help me to with the command line because i don't want to write in the command line.
