internet parameters

I am writing an anti spammer and i search how to import the internet parameters for the email.
adress of the emails,POP server and so on.
      If anybody had some idea ?

The registry key
  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Account Manager\Accounts\00000001

is the answer but there isn't all the mail adresses.
