Hi folks,

I just wanted to say hello to the forum here and express my appreciation for the efforts being made here.  I'm not sure if I can learn assembly programming or not, but I plan on giving it a try.

I'm a retired communications worker looking for a hobby.  My problem is I'm closing in on sixty nine years young and I just don't remember things like I used to lol.

Well, we'll see how it goes, but I mostly just wanted to say hello.

Hi JD,

Thanks for the welcome jj.  What's the old saying--it's not the years, but the miliage. lol.

A warm welcome JD. Gee, you're even younger than my kid brother. That makes you young from my view point. :8)

Somehow, that managed to make me feel younger for a few minutes, lol.

Thanks for the welcomes.

I'm really impressed with the packages available here.  I have several installed and working, which was the fun part, but now I need to select one to work with and get down to the tutorials.   :bg
