Dophamine

Do you know any drug to release dophamine on our brain that are not addictive? I tried all but it is highly addictive, or maybe happy sensation is addictive? I thing if we had a money and then happy and then we get bored is okay, it is different it we fell in love and the broken heart, the withdrawal effect is so painfull.
Any info? Or this will be removed by bogdan?  :lol

The reason it is addictive is that you enjoy it ::)

The bad thing about it is that dopamine release is not never-ending.... You are using up a finite resource and destroying the part of your brain that carries the connections....

ie when you stop taking the drugs it takes a lot of time for the brain to repair (if it does at all) so that is the withdrawal and the reason people become lifelong drug addicts.... Taking ever more of their desired substance....

If you take too many of such drugs *you will loose the ability to be happy*!!!!

You can try to run 2 or 5 Km as a starting point. The final sensation is very good. Swimming is good too.
Eat some chocolate is ok, but you'll get some more weight.

Anyway, last night when I was playing mass effect 2 on PS3 suddenly my dophamine released, is that because of a new info understanded by my brain? I felt joy, it last until I sleep. There got to be something in there.
