Do you guys have problem reading English ?

1. JJ reported a stack error in the algo.
2. I verified the error in a test piece.
3. Hunted up the 5 YEAR OLD original test piece to see what had happened.
4. Did the first fix with PROOF.
5. Modified the algo by removing the stack frame.
6. posted the result at about 8% faster.
7. Reported the result of modifying the original with LOUSY SLOW CODE as has kept being suggested which is a full 10% slower than the no stack frame version.

This stuff is supposed to have something to do with code design, not a gabfest.  :naughty:

Psssst, this is a scret, the original Intel tolerance on an algo was 2%. If it can be improved by any more it needs rewriting.

Hutch has completed the investigation into a public report of this vulnerability. We have issued SH15082009...
:8)

Keep up the good work, bro :U

hutch--

I feel safer in the knowledge that if you guys were writing stack frame exploits the world would be a safer place.  :bdg

it should be national "pick on Hutch day" in OZ - lol
surely, they have such a holiday down under
it's a little like rugby - kill the guy with the library - no pads

hutch--

In Sydney they play the real McCoy, Rugby LEAGUE, none of these poofters wearing armour, its fast, elegant and not for the faint of heart. I played both league and Union at school and Union was for all of the fairies to cuddle up on the paddock, League was fast, ferocious and good clean fun.

that's a tuff sport
i enjoy watching rugby, although i have never played
i was a "gridder" - as a freshman in high school, i wrestled at 88 pounds - lol - i was 5'9"
as a sophomore, i wrestled at 130 and i was 6'3"
of course, the wrestling doesn't even compare to being in the 82nd airborne division - they worked us hard
