RegSaveKeyEx

i'm trying to make a loader for a program so i can use it on my usb stick but i can't seem to get RegSaveKeyEx to work, i know it's beacuse i don't have right privileges and i need to change my token but i can't figure it out howto do it in asm, i got this example from microsofts homepage explaining how but it's in C i don't know that languge so anyone can give me a example code howto change programs privileges to use RegSaveKeyEx!?
