i also wanna know for get module handle etc..etc..wat does NULL means ... i mean the adress of module to return handle for  is NULL... NULL??? WATS THAT..

Not only are you in the wrong place but you have used a name that is unacceptable in this forum. Assembler programming is an advanced subject and this forum does not undertake to teach people who appear to have no programming experience whatsoever.

You should go and learn basic programming information first before you try to write this style of software.
