Want to patch a self-written binary from outside while it is running

Could WriteProcessMemory be used for that task?

do you meen to create loader for some executable file?
if you want this then yes, its possible :)
first you need to create process in suspended mode for example, then to WriteProcessMemory and after this just resume thread and thats all ;)
