Hi to all:
My English is very poor.

I made the circuit. It works Well.
The program works well. (I modified it. --"E Y E" is DOS Program--)
I will make it in Masm32 soon.

If the program you do not like:
You can prove it with HyperTerminal.

Put the circuit to port RS232. Set HyperTerminal.
Write in the HyperTer. The Led's Glow or Blink.

It is an idiot example. It was difficult for my. (RS232 is very complex, but Wonderful)
I will  put other, more complex.
