BUT

Here's another glitch that is hindring my way.

Please tell me how to write and RUN DOS 16 bit or .COM applications under MASM32.

Its not a glitch, you are assuming that you can build 16 bit dos code with a 32 bit system. It can be done if you get the 16 bit linker from Microsoft, you will also find it on the forum web site.
