NonClient Area

I have 2 windows. 1 window partially covers the other. Sometimes the nonclient area is obscured by the window (both client and nonclient areas) underneath. I have tried posting a WM_NCPAINT message to no avail. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Verify the styles that are using each windows.
Clip_sibling and one another is often the key.
If you don't see exactly what it is, see winhelp child windows.
