Currently, maybe it's because of the way I have my profile set up, I only get email notifications on topics that I create or respond to. Is there a way to get email notifications on everything, including new topics, and then after I take a look see decide then if I want to retain the notification or not?

I think that option would cause you to receive 10 emails every hour :lol
(Not to mention how many emails the server would be sending)

What you want fits into the realms of an rss feed, which I don't think would be too hard to set up for the board. But it's yet more scripting for the management :green2

As far as me recieving 10 or more emails every hour that would not be a problem but if it causes too much problems at this end then I can live without that option. I suppose I could go into each and every topic that is already posted and decide to either turn on or not turn on notification but I was kind of hoping that I could get notification on new topics then once I visit the site decide then if I want to keep the notification on that topic.

Robert,

Notifications are off by default.

Goto your profile, Under Notifications and E-Mails, check both options to get all notifications to your posts.
