NEED help with TTS

Hey guys I'm wondering if anyone can help. I'm looking to implement a TTS (text to speech) program in assembly.  I have the SAPI and the SDK but i'm not sure totally where to start, any suggestions, hints, clues, start points, etc. would be much appreciated.

I'm not the greatest assembly programmer so a good general help would be best.  Code example would be great but unlikely.  I'm not even sure if this is even possible but would like to try.

IIRC Microsoft Research had a project like this, and you could download the source for it.

But i really think you should ask specific questions, what you have asked is too broad in scope to be answered here - just use Google and search for samples.
