New version of macros.inc dated 2nd Jan 2005

I have posted a new version that contains 2 new macros, the switch$ that MichaelW has written and tested and complimentary version of the fn macro that can be used in the function position called rv .

I have not yet done the documentation for them but the switch$ macro has information on how to use it contained in the macro file and the rv macro is used like the FUNC() macro but you can directly embed quoted text into the procedure call without having to use another macro.
