Color add-in

Hi!
The overwhelming majority of RadAsm add-ins is very helpfull and usefull.
But there are some add-ins that I am not completely satisfied from. And when I am not satisfied from something  - I write my own one :bg
Well, this is the case: the very simple color dialog add-in. Properly speaking, it is just by-product of other big project.
The only difference from standard color dialog is that it shows system colors in addition to standard (COLOR_SCROLLBAR, COLOR_BACKGROUND etc) - all that function GetSysColor can get.
The source is certainly included.

I hope I do not hurt anyone if they resemble some existent add-ins? :8)

I think improving / adjusting someone elses idea is OK.
However giving proper credit to the orgin is a nice thing to do.

Some minor bugs fixed.
While working on multiple monitors the system colors have not been drawn at correct location.
