ASCII table add-in

Hi!
As I've promised - new add-ins.
The first one - ASCII table. In contrast to existent one it's not based on bitmap, but builds the table on the fly with full set of 255 characters. You may change the code page and fonts. The result, delimited by commas, might be inserted into output window.
