What is this ReaderModeCtl class in comctl 6.0 ? Someone knows how to use it ?

maybe it works well for portable devices or something
but, on a desktop, i would rather have a pan grabber
maybe that's why you don't see it used too often

according to the user experience guide, you click the mouse-wheel button to turn it off and on
