cws from MASM32 Examples

Hi,
While trying to accomplish Animate region ...I needed a way to create regions with out an .rgn file ... I came across a nice example that I had to take apart and just get that to work ...
So I made an example of the "cws" from MASM32 Examples but without the .rgn file if any body wants it ....
I also found a GDI region generating tool in MASM
SO I will upload it too -  :8)
