how to upload zip files

i was wanting to upload a zip file with a checkbox and radio button example i've written for other people to take a look at. but i dont know how to upload it.

In the reply window there is an Additional Options link at the lower left side. Among those options is a textbox where you can type in the path to the attachment, or the easier route, a browse button that you can use to navigate to the attachment.
