Hutch,
When you select code to comment using the 'Block ASM Comment"
selection, from the Tools  dropdown menu. The last 3 characters of the
selection are deleted.

How are you selecting the block ? Its designed to drag down the left side selection bar so that you only select full lines.

I was starting from the lower right of the block.
I wasnt aware that the direction of selection was the cause.
It works fine if I select the block as you said to.
