OpenCandy or Open Candy

I only know this thing is on my puter through my ESET SS.
ESET flagged it as part of Win32.
It has something to do with Topala Software Solution.
Also called SIW(system info for windows).
Evidently it is part of their installer.
I searched for it but NOTHING shows up.
I have no use for it or wish to use it and resent people
putting garbage on my puter unasked.
Lot of useful info in this program BUT I don't want
to have anything to do with it if they pull stunts like this.
Any ideas??????
