If I have the score card right,

Copter = 0
Pole = 0

A no win situation.  :tdown

we used to ride choppers a lot in the army
we jumped them a few times, as well as repelling out of them
but, most of the time, we'd get picked up at one spot and dropped of at another

as much fun as it is to glide over the tree tops with your feet hanging out the door, they always made me nervous   :P
most of them had one engine and little hope if it decides to stop running

So Dave how do you jump out of a chopper? I ride them, that I understand, but how do you jump out of one? Oh wait what you call a chopper we here in PA call a helicopter. What we call a chopper has two wheels long forks and a low riding position. :bg

actually, we didn't really "jump" out of them, per se
it was more like pushing your ass off a bench   :P
at least, that was for the Hueys (UH-1)

Chinooks (UH-47) were more fun - you walk off the tailgate   :U
very similar to the little C-7 Caribou - my favorite - it's kind of like a miniature C-130
for C-130's and C-141's, we went out the side-door
they have tailgates, but there was a history of chutes getting tangled in the tail
