Ever you think how can we alive? How can we see, touch, sense? How can we be alive? What are we? Body is just a supporting machine to support our life. What is the true us? How can we can use it like it was part of us.
That question confunsing me.

There is no answer to that question. If you ask why animals exist, why rocks exist, why idiots exist, why we exist, you'll never have an answer.
It's just the way things are, we are part of the universe and in the universe there are living things and non-living things.
Why do we have a universe? That question is beyond us to answer, we are like players inside the game, we can only do the things we can do.

Your ego wants to make the claim that your senses is an entity, but its not. Your senses is limited to the environment. Your arm is part of the environment, its just an accident that it happens to connected to the rest of your body. Death is not an entity, its just a change of form of the matter in your body, it takes a different form, perhaps its easier to grasp if you think of death.

Its your ego that wants to categorize your senses as an entity.

Its probably easier to understand if you have come to an understanding that this world is godless, without gods. Think of the universe, look at the planets, moons and stars and lets imagine god for a moment. How creative was god to create billions of billions of circular objects. Is that very creative? It looks more like a pattern to me, this pattern is circular because gravity is radial, it makes perfect sense.

Religion has taught us for thousands of years that we are an entity in our own.
I have been puzzling with lego bricks all my life. I know how to do this. When Peter, at age 6 is competing with me, I find it extremely neccessary to show him that I can puzzle bricks better than him, because he is so damn talented that all that is called rational has gone haywire.

well - if you are searching for the meaning of life - the question itself tells you something
"I think, therefore I am"   :P

if you step back and look at the big picture - life may not have much meaning at all
we are doomed, no matter what - eventually, everything the race of man has done will disappear
if you WANT it to mean something, you have to take a step back in toward the smaller picture

i see names in history books - names that i would otherwise have never heard of
from Cleopatra to Einstein - does it mean they were more important - just because they did something that got their name in the book ?
i hope there is more to life than getting your name in a book someplace

i think - what you really leave behind - is how you have influenced others by interacting with them
each of us learns and adapts, according to experiences in life
each time we interact with another person, it changes their perception of the world in some small way
in your life, you influence hundreds or thousands of people a little bit
all your interactions with others is equivalent to creating the complete perception for ~1.0 persons
what you leave behind when you are gone, is an imprint of your behaviour

It pains me a lot to see a attractive girl, something that cannot be reached. The more I want her, the more I realize that I was nothing, and it pain me.

sadly, woman tend to pick young and beautiful looking men. There are all kinds of theories out there that they prefer older men, rich men, whatever it may be, but thats a load of nonsense. Woman PREFER good looking guys, period. Lucky for me im a good looking guy and I get beautiful woman, i've been with a model woman and I can get pretty much what I want, but its not easy being that guy either, I can tell you that. Its not easy at all because you have to be prepared for the days when you're not that guy anymore, age catches up with everyone.

I dont believe in love or love stories, im a 100% atheist and I see humans/woman as animals, cheerful animals that you can have a good time with. And I am confident that woman, sooner or later will abandon you for something better.

I don't use mirror for that, I use returned compliments for that.  :P

I didnt know the mirror was a good instrument for measuring that.  :dazzled:

you don't suppose attitude has something to do with it ?

Attitude and good looks is not mutually exclusive. If a woman give you compliments on your looks, you can assume she is telling the right thing or you can deduce that she is being nice to you. Its all up to you  :lol

From my POV...
The main problem with single people is that they think they need a partner, and make this one of their main occupations.
They tend to overstress about this and when meeting a partner, proceed to stuff it up because they're too occupied trying to resolve the perfect relationship question.

Here's what I did..
When I was young, i partied like crazy, drunk as much beer as possible, slept in my car because I shouldn't drive in such as state. On waking up went straight to the beach for a long days surf (no cleaning or washing - did that 2 days later). You wouldn't see me from Friday till Monday.. and I still wouldn't be able to tell you where I'd been. Girls... nah!.. beer and waves, sunrises and sunsets....UNTIL I suggested to my now brother-in-law (who incidently was also a party animal) that I should join his crowd for a booze cruise.
I met his sister when I was 'wild-n-crazy', but she liked that  :U - at first I ignored her, but after another chance meeting, things got very hot and it's been a permanent 'barbie' since.

Moral of the story:
Woman want things they cannot have (like most of us).. and if you're 'unavailable' it creates a desire in them... enjoy your life while you're single (parties/the great outdoors/ etc) - don't go looking for 'sex'... it'll come to you in good time  :wink

edt: ... and it's got nothing to do what you look like.. as Joe Jackson says "Pretty woman, out walking with gorillas down my street..".  :wink

there is some truth in what Van says
the best way to "approach" women is not at all - lol
"nonchalant" is your best attitude - as though you couldn't care one way or the other if she goes out with you
i guess they like to think it's a challenge or something
so - let em tame the beast   :bg

That's for sure.. :bg
One does realise this when you're younger and full of testosterone, coz all you want to do, is.... you know :wink
But after .. how long has it been now... hell's, 30 years, you'll realise people like their 'trophies', to be able to say he's mine (she's mine) - a control thing.

Think of it as fly-fishing, throw the bait out and pulling it away again... drives them crazy... but that depends on how long you can handle your own torture  :green2
But if you suddenly notice a 'fish' circling your bait longer than normal, that's when you go in for the 'kill'. Don't dive into the river with fishing rod, bait box and all th eother stuff... take it easy, things might just speed up very fast. Maybe it works out, maybe not, but you'll never know until you try.

Always be gentle
:U

How on earth did I get onto fly fishing?? ... must have been the fishy smell !! :eek
