Is there a complaint department around here where one can go and make a complaint without the threat of being shot or bumped off the site?

I do not see any reason to bump anybody just because he/she expresses a complaint :D

I've only ever seen fit to answer complaints submitted in the more traditional "prayer" format, but on this occasion I shall make an exception.  However, to save me a little effort, please head to the local zoo, find the lion enclosure and place your head within the mouth of the largest lion present.  At that stage you should feel free to make your complaints without any further concern about being shot or bumped off the site.
