resource editor (ResEd) whereabouts

Hello everyone-

I'm searching for a download site for Ketil Olsen's ResEd resource editor.  Hutch and many others have expressed positive opinions about its capabilities.  I've looked at RadAsm site and somehow can't find a copy.  Mebbe I'm blind or just haven't tried hard enough..
