Radasm ResEditor Mistake

Hi

Is this a bug by RadASM 2.2.1.4 Reseditor?

I copy a editfield by the dialog and paste it
the id works ok first field 1001 the paste field 1002
what not works if the (Name) IDC_EDT1 by paste a editfield if this IDC_EDT1 and not IDC_EDT2

I coding a app and i wonder why not my app works with so a little mistake.

I hope you have understand it If not make i screenshots.

Radasm 2.2.1.2 has not this bug!

Edit:

This is the same probelm with add normal controls!
I have add Controls without copy paste and i have by (Name)IDC_GRP1 this 1 Increment not if i add a second groupbox
