mouse pointer

Is there any way to change the mouse pointer in Qeditor?
No panic just hard to see over text etc.

i had a play with the idea some time ago but the text cursor is supplied by the rich edit control in QE and I did not find a reliable way to make it work. It worked most of the time but if the editor had not been used for a long time while still running, it would at time crash the editor so i gave up on the idea.

Depending on what mouse driver you have, you may be able to select a different Text Select pointer in your mouse properties. Of the few I tested, everything except the animated banana worked OK  :toothy
