A copy of ollydbg?

I have recently seen a new debugger free for download , called the immunity debugger.

I have tried it and it actually has everything olly can offer and more - mostly things like python scripting and implementation
of command lines interface.
It really looks like ollydbg , and it makes me wonder if someone else's got ollydbg source code , besides oleh.

It seems it is Ollydbg with a Python plugin and an Adware plugin.

I've tried it a few times myself shorty after it was released, and was very disappointed. Almost everything done with the python can be achieved with ollyscript, and they have murdered the interface and added ads. It also crashes (for me at least) when admin privs are not available.

They purchased the olly source code. I'd hardly consider adding ads and python "more".

Does this mean there will be no OllyDbg 2.0...?

I can't imagine Oleh halting development on account of this piece of junk. Olly 2.0 is already looking far more impressive that immunity.
