Hi, this is preview of site that will be launched together with FASMLIB v0.5. You can express your opinions about it, whether you like it or not, and some technical hints are welcomed (but no, i don't want to go for CSS now).

Note that download link there WILL NOT work, there is no FASMLIB v0.5 yet.

fasmlib.flatassembler.net/new
(final URL will be different, hosted at another server)

have fun

Does dark-color stand for evil, emptiness ?
Does non-monospace font stand for instability ?

You're using frames and you're calling it "future site" ?!

With a great hope I believe in a brighter future  :bg

hutch--

I think vid has a great idea with his portable library and I have no doubt that many people will find his idea a useful one. I have no doubt that as the next library version takes shape that the page will get "prettier" as well so I would not lose a lot of sleep over he first page version.

nope, it stays for set of colors i like. i prefer bright text on black background for number of reasons:
- you had one more usable color for text in 16color textmode times
- so i am used to it
- you don't see dirt on monitor on black color   :]
- it's pretty oldschool... be happy i haven't used green font :D

what is "monospace" do you mean that menu doesn't scroll with text? I think menu should be always handy, not only when you are on top of text. About stability of FASMLIB - go on, download version 0.4 and find bug.

sure. site is not yet up. it will be in future. so now it is "future site".
And what's wrong with frames? Show me better option that works everywhere, and is so easy to create.

it would be enough to say "i am not used to dark background". Don't worry, you belong to vast majority on this.
