Very old htmlhelp.lib

Hello,
The htmlhelp.lib in the masm32 package is very old and search for htmlhelp.dll that is now replace by hhctrlui.dll.
Was it possible to change it in the next package ?
For solving the problem downlod the "HTML Help Workshop".
