Dear Anyone,

Where am I likely to find the best MASM guidebooks? I am ideally looking for a beginner's guide, but I have computing experience in PowerBASIC, and more recently in Visual BASIC 5 & 6. Any ideas would be very welcome!

Thanks very much,

Marvin.

The MASM 6.1 manual is the "bible" for MASM users. It is published by Microsoft and though no longer available through them, I have heard people mention that they got copies on EBay. You can also download the PDF version from links found on the forum website (Randy keeps them at webster). For the x86 family of opcodes, there is nothing better than the IA-32 reference from Intel, if you can get your hands on them do it, they are available from Intel's website.
