Regarding Administered Mac Address

My topic got closed out again. Just because people can use some knowledge for elicit activity, doesn't mean I intend to. The whole point of the question follows. I live in the country, I mean really in the country. No cell phones, no cable TV, no internet, no city water etc. To use the internet I have to come into the city and use the library, but they limit bandwidth, even though it's a small branch of the Hamilton City library. Usually I'm the only one there using a computer. Now I could come every day and use bandwidth, but it takes me 2 hours to get there. I figured out if I change my MAC address I get a new allotment of bandwidth, hence the quesion. Better sit there for 4 hours, than come back 4 times a week. I think anyways.
