Go trough a process of elimination before thinking that you have a brain implant. I am not a doctor or a psychiatrist.  Although I do believe that nano-tecnology will eventually get to the state that mind control will be possible. I just think that we are still not there. And even if we where, there must be an infrastructure to remotely control the machines. Since the micro robots would not have enough intelligence to do so.

So instead of recommending you a Faraday cage to avoid electromagnetic signals (think of the helmet of magneto) how about:

Go and take some time without technology. Go and see nature. Go out and walk and play without technology. Is possible that all your brain needs is rest.

Another thing. Once in a while do a right side of brain activity. Things like painting, writing, playing music. Whatever suits your taste. That help your left brain have rest, while eliminating boredom.

You do not be any good at the activity, you just need to have fun doing it. And it must be an active activity, not a passive one. Seeing a movie will not help you, but writing a script for one can.

If nothing works, then, go to a doctor and get a blood test. A chemical imbalance might be the cause of your problem.

I dont now is that real or not, Im sleeping a whole day, something look like are going to took control of my limbic system, it said it was a nano machine, but then he said God created them, and it was not a machine but a living organism called chikungya or something, he said he was a love power, at first it was look like a snake walking arround my body, and then it ate the vein, I can feel it they we are become one and they are very in lust to eat it away, they are extatic by eating it.

And then, the are repairing my lung, and my heart is working again, making a new system on my reproduction, a vagina. They though they take the limbic system. Then, I felt that there is a mixer on my brain and then destroying my brain, I felt like my brain is bleeding and then I gradually lost my consciousness, it felt so light, I forgive anyone, I felt like Im going to fly, and left my body, but something pull me back. My lung was off, it breath, but no oxygen, it will take 15 minutes to die, Im so affraid of the pain. But I lost it gradually, Im just hoping I will collapse, but then It is not.
