What do you use as a natural remedy ?

I am curious as to what natural remedies that you use?

For example, I recently found that cream style horseradish is very good as an expectorant.

I was extremely congested, and I took about one-fourth teaspoon 3 times a day.

You can mix it half and half with honey or swallow it direct with a water chaser.
