hey , ma name ammar   plz can u help me to solve this  quastion in asm langage   ,just i have 4 days to recive the answer  plz....
the quastion say:
Write a complete program that will

continousely scoll the screen one line at a time while changing the color of the screen with different colors . the scolled lines from the bottom of the screen should appear at the top of the screen. The affect should look a spinning wheel.

I tried to solve the question but I can not please that you help...

The easiest way to solve this problem is to withdrawl from the class, re-register for it next semester, buy (and read) the text, and not wait till the last week to start your projects.
