inserting notes in property windows

how to put a notes in property windows oh HIED ?

there are 3 buttons on the title bar of the output window.  one of them switches to notes window.

yes , sow that in the image of HIED in your site , but this tab does not appear at all in my property window HIDE , so is there an option
i have to select it to display the notes window?

the output note window works fine , but the property tab ???

that image is from an older version of HIDE.  i moved the notes panel to the output window because it was inconvenient in the side panel.
