CD/DVD recovery

Figure I would ask you folks.  I have a CD and a DVD that got screwed up a few years ago.  I interrupted the burn process and can't read the disks.  Explorer shows them as 0bytes but I can see where the data was burned (The disk has a different look)  I know files I have been looking for and old source code is on them and would love to be able to retrieve them,  anyone know of a program that would allow me to read the disk?  I prefer free but I am willing to pay to get my source back.  I guess the TOC/MFT or whatever it is called on disks is called was not written properly.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I suspect it did not complete the fixation (close the session) process. I would imagine there is stuff out there that can fix it, perhaps CDRECORD or something similar can send the commands required to close it out.

It could be a random act of randomness. Those happen a lot as well.
