One of my brothers (I'm the oldest of six, 4 boys, 2 girls) the brother just under me was in the 82nd long ago. I've heard a few eye opening stories from him. :wink

Dave, brother Gary was in the 1st Battalion 504th Infantry Regiment 1972 to 1974.

i was in the 2nd of the 505th and later in the 1st of the 508th
the infantry battalions were all on the same long street, though    :P
the street was named "American Way", if i remember correctly - lol
we used to run up and down that street in formation every morning
