SEARCHING PROGRAM

HELP!!!

Hi all! I searching for sources of simple calculator on asm for windows. It must be done with API, have 2 input area to input numbers, 4 buttons (+,-,*,/) and button for result. Or something similar to this. Can anybody help me??? THANX!!!!
