It has been a while since I wrote that and over time the addresses somethines change. A lot of them work, some don't. At some point, I will update the links.

Thanks for reply! May I suggest,when you will do the update, to add a option to let the user choose if he wants the standard "4 panels in one" or each page on a separate window (tab)?
