Have you example of sound driver for win32???
p.s. I am looked in  examples of NTDDK (Windows 2000), but not finded!!!

What are you looking to do?  You can find a driver to almost all Sound Cards for Windows with a Google search.

MSDN has more available information on writing drivers.
