Old forum rebuilt again.

I have rebuilt the old forum archive with an SMF forum using the older YABBS interface. The conversion from the old PHPBB2 form was not particularly good and it messed up some of the attachments and orphaned some of the postings, about 65 topics. I have put a link at the top of the forum for a complete Apache server listing of the attachments for the old forum.
