Killer App Concept

I had this brilliant idea for a smart phone app,...
We all have smart phones,...right ??? And, we all have dumb, annoying people calling us on our smart phones. I don't know about you,...but, the dumb people are about 99% of my total incoming calls,...and, I just can't take it anymore.
So, my concept is to write an application for mobile devices that automatically aggravates and infuriates all those dumb assholes, that keep calling me with all that trivial, useless, mind-numbingly boring anecdotes.
I'm sure there will be a HUGE demand for this kind of service,...and, I will probably become incredibly wealthy.
My initial plan is to base the service in the cloud, so that evil hackers can't destroy its secure database and network functionality.
This is your opportunity to get in on the development phase of the project. I envision having a number of custom synthesized voice modules that can be loaded to target any designated obnoxious caller.

I working on a similar the idea where..

-You can block sms's/mms's from message centres of your choice
-Select/filter calls before they connect to you..

This will effective block about 90% of the c.ra-p I receive on my phones.
One could make a killing here  :bg
