With thanks to Vortex for keeping the links to PellesC up to date, by downloading the current version of PellesC (6.50) you get the latest versions of Pelle's tools. The assembler, linker, resource compiler, C compiler, library manager, a very good IDE with its own built in resource editor, more things that I don't yet even know what they do and as usual Pelle's tools are very up to date in terms of capacity for late OS versions like Vista and Win7.
