lets see, after 23 years of drinking and stuff my 1 year clean and sober is about 20 days away (1st birthday of a new life) when i wake up it will be 5 days without a cigarrette! yipeee like i said im on a roll   long life here i come (hope i didnt jinx myself)

Good for you gunner quiting cigarettes that is. I haven't had one in over 20 years but I'm not about to quit drinking just yet. :bg

it is hard Gunner - and good work   :U

i haven't been able to completely quit anything - lol
although, i don't really drink much - when i was young, i partied a bit   :bg
as for smoking, the best i can do is cut down - for the last few years, i have been down to about 5 or 6 cigarettes a day

It is very easy after 2 months if you can get that far.... After that time cigarettes taste awefull and smell worse
