Assuming you want them all the same..
WM_SETFONT to change the font.
TVM_SETTEXTCOLOR for the font colour.
TVM_SETLINECOLOR for the line colour.

If you want different ones at the same time, I think you'll have to go with owner-drawn - which should be fun :wink
