I am unable to get QEDITOR to disasemble

When I try to run dumppe against QEDITOR.exe I get the following message, is anyone else able to make this work.

"The instruction at 0040cfeb referenced memory at 003d6fd0
The memory could not be read from"

QE is a compressed EXE so it will not disassemble.
