For the beginner

For the beginner, like me, I have found an almost entire Art of Assembly book, and all the files that comes with it. With a quick peruse it appears it will help me greatly in understanding MASM32. A must for noobies.

I was searching for a good assembler book and was reading reviews.
Now i purchased 2 very good assembly language books.

They are not free but excellent books. Not for MASM directly but still about PC, its hardware etc etc. They give basics about assembly language. Anyway...

First one starts with numeric systems, then addressing etc. Contains alot of very useful information, that i could not find anywhere else.

Second book contains PC history, PC architecture, virtual addressing and protection system etc etc.

I recommend you to buy these books if its possible for you. I bought and im very satisfied with them.


Little OT:
Im mostly programming DOS, since i dont see reason why to use ASM in Windows at the moment.
