HLA v1.92 is now available

HLA v1.92 is now available on the HLA download page:
http://webster.cs.ucr.edu/AsmTools/HLA/dnld.html

This is a quick maintenance release that fixes a couple of bugs with #nn character constants, a problem under Linux (not passing the object file to the linker properly), plus the addition of two new environment variables -- hlaasmopt and hlalinkopt -- that let you pass command-line parameters to the assembler and linker.
