I real need your help!

I want to control RTC in CMOS. I kown,  I must uses int 1A (function 00 -> 07). I can  get and update Time, but I have a problem about Alarm time. that invole Resister 0B,int 4A, int 70h. but I only known about them a little. so, can you tel me about them? example: when is int 70h called? how much times per seconds? ......
